The short version
We do not sell user data to external brokers or networks. We collect the absolute minimum required operational metrics to run our software platform utilities. Users can fully export or delete their account data at any time from their dashboard panel.

2. Data collected
- Account credentials: Name, email address, and securely hashed passwords.
- Profile content: Media files, biographies, promotional graphics, and schedules intentionally published to your user profile.
- Payment metrics: Transactions are fully tokenized and processed by compliant merchant processors. We maintain transactional logs but never store raw credit card numbers.
- Operational metrics: Core server data and log files structurally necessary to maintain application security, calculate utility billing metrics, and prevent platform abuse.
3. Purpose of data processing
- To administer your account, host your software utilities, and maintain your public profile.
- To execute payment distributions and manage transparent streaming royalty reporting.
- To transmit essential system emails including sign-in tokens, billing receipts, and critical account security updates.
- To secure platform infrastructure and maintain regulatory compliance.
4. Third-party processors
Data is securely routed only to the core infrastructure suppliers required to power our specific software tools, including payment gateways, secure email delivery utilities, authenticated identity providers, and encrypted cloud storage networks. Each subcontractor is bound by strict data processing agreements.
5. Cookies and tracking
We deploy minimal, strictly-necessary technical cookies to manage active sessions and save account configuration preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting trackers.
6. Your data rights
Users retain the absolute right to view, modify, export, or permanently delete their personal data via their profile settings panel, subject only to statutory financial record-keeping obligations required by law. Under UK and EU regulations, you maintain the right to lodge inquiries with your local data protection authority (such as the ICO in the UK).
7. Data retention limits
Personal data is securely retained as long as your account remains active. Upon manual account deletion, all personal variables are purged within 30 days, excluding standard historical financial transaction ledgers required for tax and corporate auditing purposes.
8. Security infrastructure
We utilize industry-standard data encryption protocols in transit and at rest alongside rigid role-based access restrictions. In the event of an infrastructure security anomaly, affected users will be notified promptly.
9. Age restrictions
ARTU platforms are built for professional users aged 16 and older. If you suspect an underage user has submitted data, contact us for immediate removal.
10. Policy revisions
Modifications to this privacy framework will be posted live with an updated revision date. Material updates will be communicated directly via email.
