Refund & Cancellation Policy | Artists Rule The Universe

1. Overview

At Artists Rule The Universe ("ARTU"), we provide a transparent software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility model where billing comprises a base membership and direct, at-cost operational usage tracking. Because infrastructure resources (such as server storage, outbound emails, and video call execution) are consumed in real-time on behalf of our users, our refund parameters are strictly outlined below.

2. Base Membership Cancellation

Users can cancel their flat-rate $3 USD base monthly membership at any time directly through their account settings panel. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, at which point recurring subscription renewals will terminate completely. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of membership.

3. At-Cost Utility Metering

Charges incurred from active server storage, social media publishing APIs, email routing engines, and video communication minutes are billed dynamically based on your actual data consumption. Because these hard infrastructure costs are instantly cleared with our underlying hardware suppliers at cost, all accrued usage metrics billed during your cycle are final and strictly non-refundable.

4. System Anomalies & Technical Discrepancies

In the rare event that a proven tracking error or billing system anomaly incorrectly overcharges your account metrics, please contact our administrative desk at info@artistsruletheuniverse.com within 14 days of the invoice issuance. If an infrastructure auditing error is confirmed, we will promptly issue a full correction credit back to your primary payment method.
